These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern the relationship between 89bet ("the Company", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("User", "Player", "you") who accesses, registers on, or uses the services available at89bet.casa ("the Platform", "the Website", "the Service").

89bet operates an online casino and sports betting platform, offering live dealer casino games, RNG-based slot and table games, sports wagering, and related gaming services. The Platform is intended for use by adult players aged 21 years and above only.

By creating an account, making deposit, or otherwise accessing or using the Platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, fully understood, and unconditionally agreed to be bound by these Terms, together with ourPrivacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference. • "Funds" / "Balance" — real-money amounts held in a Player's Account, including deposited funds, winings, and bonus funds where applicable.
• "Bonus Funds" — promotional credit awarded by the Company subject to wagering requirements and other conditions, which are separate from real-money withdrawable funds until requirements are fulfilled.
• "Wagering Requirement" / "Rollover" — the minimum total amount a Player must wager using bonus funds before those funds or associated winings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer; the identity and document verification process required before a Player may withdraw funds.
• "MYR" / "RM" — Malaysian Ringgit, the default transaction currency of the Platform.
• "Prohibited Conduct" — any activity or behaviour expressly disallowed under Section 8 of these Terms.

To be eligible to register and maintain an account on the Platform, you must meet all of the following criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the duration of your membership:

1. You are at least 21 years of age. The minimum age requirement for all forms of gambling and casino activity on the Platform is 21 years. Use of the Platform by individuals under the age of 21 is strictly prohibited.
2. You are registering on your own behalf, as an individual natural person, and not on behalf of any third party, business entity, or group.
3. You do not currently hold, and have not previously held, any other active or suspended account on the Platform. Only one account person, per household, and per shared device or IP address is permitted.
4. You are not a resident or citizen of any jurisdiction in which accessing the Platform is prohibited or restricted under applicable law, excluding any jurisdiction where access is permitted under international licensing arrangements.
5. You are not an employee, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of 89bet or any of its affiliated entities, subsidiary companies, game providers, or payment processors.
6. You have not previously been excluded, banned, or self-excluded from the Platform or any other online gambling platform in a manner that remains in effect.

To access real-money services on the Platform, including deposits, wagering, and withdrawals, you must complete the registration process and pass KYC verification. By submitting a registration application, you warrant that all information provided is accurate, current, and complete.

4.1 Registration Requirements

During registration, you are required to provide, at minimum: your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity conducted through your account.

4.2 KYC Document Submission

Prior to processing any withdrawal request, the Company requires all Account Holders to complete identity verification. Required documents include:

• A valid government-issued photo identification document — Malaysian MyKad, Driver's Licence, or valid Passport;
• Proof of residential address — a utility bill, bank statement (from Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, or similar institutions), or official correspondence dated within three (3) months;
• A live selfie photograph clearly showing the Account Holder holding their identity document.

4.3 Verification Timeline

The Company will endeavour to complete KYC review within 24 to 48 hours of receiving complete documentation. The Company reserves the right to request additional documentation where necessary and to place withdrawal holds pending verification completion.

4.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must notify89bet support immediately upon discovering or suspecting any unauthorised use of your account. The Company accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to maintain account security.

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

89bet supports a range of Malaysian-friendly deposit and withdrawal methods, including but not limited to: FPX bank transfers, DuitNow QR, Touch'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, and direct bank transfers to Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Hong Leong. Cryptocurrency deposits in Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT), and Litecoin (LTC) are also accepted.

5.2 Currency

All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless the Player selects a cryptocurrency deposit method, in which case the equivalent MYR value is calculated at the prevailing market rate at the time the deposit is confirmed on the relevant blockchain.

5.3 Minimum Transaction Amounts

Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method, starting fromRM30 for most methods. Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are subject to periodic review. The Company reserves the right to amend minimum and maximum transaction limits at any time.

5.4 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically feasible. All withdrawal requests are subject to completed KYC verification. The Company targets processing of approved withdrawals within 15 minutes to 24 hours, depending on the method and verification status.

5.5 Funds Origin

By making a deposit, you warrant that the funds being deposited are from a legitimate source, are not proceeds of criminal activity, and that you are the legal owner of the payment instrument used. 89bet offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible registered users. All bonuses, promotions, and incentives offered by the Company are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms stated on the individual promotion page.

• Bonuses are available to registered players aged 21 and above only. The Company reserves the right to exclude any player from any promotion at its sole discretion.
• Each player may claim any given welcome bonus offer only once. Multiple accounts created for the purpose of claiming bonuses multiple times will result in account closure and forfeiture of all funds.
• Bonus funds are non-withdrawable and must be rolled over in accordance with the applicable wagering requirement before any winings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements range from 5x to 35x, as specified per promotion.
• Certain game types may be excluded from contributing to wagering requirements, or may contribute at a reduced rate. The specific contribution rates are set out in the individual promotion terms.

• The Company reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time, with or without prior notice, provided that in-progress wagering requirements will be honoured for a reasonable transition period.
• All bonus amounts referenced in MYR (e.g., up to MYR 2,880 MYR 688, MYR 588) are maximum caps only. Actual bonus amounts depend on the qualifying deposit amount and applicable bonus percentage.

All bets and wagers placed on the Platform are final once confirmed by the system. Players are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all bet selections, stake amounts, and chosen markets prior to confirming a wager.

7.1 Sports Betting

Sports betting markets on89bet include football (EPL, La Liga, Bundesliga, Liga Super Malaysia, and others), UFC NBA, esports, and additional markets as published. Odds are subject to change prior to bet confirmation. Once a bet is accepted and confirmed, the odds at time of confirmation apply regardless of subsequent market movements.

7.2 Mix Parlay

Mix Parlay (accumulator) bets combine multiple selections into a single wager. All selections must be correct for the bet to win. The Company reserves the right to limit maximum parlay combinations, impose bet limits, or restrict specific markets from parlay inclusion at its discretion.

7.3 Live Casino

Live dealer games are governed by the rules of the specific game as presented within the live game environment. In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or server error during a live game round, any affected round may be declared void and stakes returned at the Company's discretion.

7.4 RNG Games

Slot and RNG-based table games use certified random number generators. Published RTP (return to player) percentages represent long-term statistical averages across millions of rounds and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the Platform. Any violation may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of account balances:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting any other person to do so, for any purpose including but not limited to claiming bonuses multiple times;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using the Platform while under the age of 21 years;
• Using any software, bot, script, algorithm, or automated system to gain an unfair advantage over the house or other players;
• Engaging in collusion, chip dumping, or coordinated play designed to circumvent game integrity;
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or technical vulnerabilities in any game or system;
• Depositing or wagering funds that are the proceeds of criminal activity, including money laundering;
• Engaging in chargebacks, payment reversals, or fraudulent dispute claims against the Company;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing the Company's customer support staff or other users;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where such access is prohibited under applicable law, where such access constitutes an offence under that jurisdiction's laws.

The Company reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, if it has reasonable grounds to believe that a violation of these Terms has occurred, is occurring, or is likely to occur.

Upon closure of an account for cause (including breach of Terms), any real-money balance remaining after deducting bonus funds, pending withdrawal amounts under investigation, and any amounts subject to chargeback claims may be forfeited entirely.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting the support team at any time. Voluntary account closure does not affect any pending withdrawal requests that meet all eligibility criteria.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 89bet, its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or any services thereon.

This includes, without limitation: loss of winings, loss of data, loss of profits, loss of business opportunity, gambling losses, or any other financial loss arising from reliance on information presented on the Platform. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

The Company does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation of the Platform. Scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, third-party service outages (including payment processor downtime), and events outside the Company's reasonable control may result in temporary service unavailability.

The collection, processing, storage, and use of your personal data by 89bet is governed by ourPrivacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. By accepting these Terms, you also consent to the processing of your personal data as described therein.

89bet collects and processes personal data for purposes including: account registration and management, KYC verification and regulatory compliance, payment processing, customer support, fraud prevention and security, and the delivery of personalised gaming and promotional content. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction which 89bet holds its international operating licence. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms, or the use of the Platform, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts or arbitral bodies of that jurisdiction, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

In the first instance, the Company encourages all disputes to be raised directly with the customer support team, with a view to resolving matters amicably and expediently. Formal dispute escalation procedures are available where initial resolution attempts are unsuccessful.

Nothing in this clause limits any statutory rights you may hold as a consumer under the applicable laws of your country of residence.
